About Kitmeadow
Kitmeadow is an independent collection of free online tools for everyday work — PDFs, documents, images and paychecks — built to be genuinely useful and respectful of your data.
What we believe
- Your files are yours. Our file tools process documents in your browser, so they never need to be uploaded.
- Honest tools beat flashy ones. Every tool says what it can’t do. We show real file sizes, validate outputs, and leave out features we can’t deliver reliably — such as PowerPoint conversion — rather than offering a poor imitation.
- Free without tricks. No sign-up walls, no watermarks on your files, no fake download buttons. If ads are shown, they are clearly labelled and kept away from tool controls.
- Sources, not guesses. The salary calculator uses published IRS, SSA and state figures, and links to each one.
Built on open source
These open-source projects do much of the heavy lifting. They are used under their licenses, and their copyright notices are preserved in the distributed code.
