How to use it

  1. Choose a PDF.
  2. Pick a position and format, such as “Page {n} of {total}”, and the starting number.
  3. Optionally skip the first page (for a cover) and add header or footer text.
  4. Select Add page numbers and download the result.

Limits and known limitations

  • Numbers and text use Helvetica, which supports Latin characters only.
  • Text is added on top of existing content; if a page already has content in the margin, they may overlap. Increase the margin to avoid this.
