Limits and known limitations

  • Converts the document’s content and basic formatting (headings, paragraphs, lists, tables, links, bold and italic). CSS layouts, web fonts and external images are not rendered — this is not a browser screenshot.
  • To convert a live web page, save it from your browser as HTML first; this tool does not fetch URLs.

Why does my PDF look plainer than the web page?

Pages are rebuilt from their content, without the site’s CSS. For an exact visual copy, use your browser’s Print → Save as PDF.
