Frequently asked questions

How do I extract a single page?

Type its number in the ranges box, for example 4, and select Split PDF. You will get a one-page PDF.

What does “8-” mean?

A range without an end runs to the last page, so “8-” means page 8 through the end of the document.

Can I put pages in a different order?

Yes. With “Combine into one PDF” selected, pages appear in the order you type them, so “5, 1-2” produces page 5 followed by pages 1 and 2. For visual reordering, use Organize PDF Pages.
